Corinthian Helmet
Corinthian Helmet
The Corinthian helmet was used by the Ancient Greeks and its name is taken from the area the
helmet was developed, namely Corinth. The helmet was made of bronze and it covered entire head.
The helmet featured openings for eyes and mouth. While not in combat, Greek soldiers tipped the
helmet upward to allow for more comfort while wearing the helmet.
